Largest volunteer-run dog rescue shelter in Greece depending entirely on donations. It helps stray and abandoned dogs who suffer from hunger, injuries, weather and poisoning. Its mission is to rescue, treat and care for homeless dogs, giving them safety and the chance to recover and eventually find a loving permanent home. Donations are used for food, medical care and daily support for hundreds of dogs.

We wanted to send 580€, but made an error sending $580,00 USD. The Paypal exchange rate 1.100940625688558 made it €526,82 EUR.
Therefore we sent again 60€ to be sure they receive what was promised!

With our setup complete, website online, and first meeting held, we chose a cat shelter in Athens, Greece as our first donation recipient, inspired by our daily encounters.
Athens Cat Rescue 🇬🇷 rescues stray cats across Athens, many of which are starving, injured, or abandoned. Their website lets you donate or virtually adopt a cat, while direct contact allows for lifetime adoptions. Relying entirely on donations, every contribution makes a difference.
The first six members each contributed €10, bringing the total donation to €60.

The seed was planted with the founding, or rather the definition and signing of the statutes of this association in December. Now, the first timid branches of this project are beginning to bloom. Still tame and shy, they will soon stretch towards the sky, becoming bold, strong, and beautiful, presenting themselves in full splendor to the world.
Our website is almost complete and already includes the most important information about our activities and goals, as well as our contacts. Another bold offspring is our Instagram page, which will have more content while the saplings of our philanthropic values bloom.🌿
